Meet Our Doctors
Dr. James Mitsos was born and raised in the Chicago area. He is a graduate from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. During his time in dental school, he focused his outreach activities towards educating children on the benefits of oral health through elementary, middle, and high school visits.
After graduation, Dr. Mitsos moved to Dallas, Texas where he practiced at a pediatric dental clinic and grew fond of children's dentistry. Dr. Mitsos completed his pediatric dentistry specialty training through NYU Langone Medical Center at El Rio Community Health in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Mitsos enjoys working with the community and welcomes invitations to participate in volunteer opportunities.
Dr. Mitsos believes in setting up his patients for a lifetime of healthy smiles through prevention of dental disease. He believes in using current technology and evidence-based dentistry to provide excellent care and deliver a world-class dental experience. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and three children. His hobbies include golfing, fitness, and reading.

Dr. Sean McGuire is originally from Moline, Illinois- the home of John Deere. He attended Colorado State University where he received his Bachelor of Sciences in Biomedical Sciences. Upon completion he went on to Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine to receive his Doctoral of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. He then spent two years at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, Oregon completing a specialty pediatric dental residency program.
Dr. Sean previously lived and practiced pediatric dentistry in Dallas, TX and Post Falls, ID before moving to the Chicago area. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of the office, you can find him enjoying his passion and love for the great outdoors. Whether it’s camping, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, running, or cycling Dr. Sean enjoys staying active and his most recent hobby is wood working!

Dr. Cailey Roe was born and raised in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri. She attended Baylor University in Waco, TX and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Business Administration.
Upon completion, Dr. Roe moved to Chicago and attended Midwestern University in Downers Grove and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine
(DMD) degree.
Dr. Roe is a member of the American Dental Association and Illinois State Dental Society. In her free time, she enjoys taking her two dogs to the park, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
She is also busy planning her wedding and is excited to be getting married in Chicago later this fall.

Dr. Sandler, originally from New York City, dove into dentistry alongside his older brother.
Inspired by a transformative experience shadowing at NYU dental school, witnessing the relief a dentist could bring to patients in pain, he pursued a DDS degree from the same institution, specializing in research and oral pathology.
​
Following dental school, Dr. Sandler practiced general dentistry for several years, concurrently developing and overseeing an oral cancer externship program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His career evolved with a growing interest in orthodontics, sparked by the profound impact of orthodontic treatment on patients’ smiles and lives
. He completed a postgraduate orthodontic program at NYU College of Dentistry, earning his certificate in orthodontics. He later went on to own his own Orthodontic Practice in Sleepy, NY.
In the course of his professional journey, Dr. Sandler met his wife, Linda, who is also a dentist. They settled in New Jersey and raised their two children before relocating to Chicago in 2017. Since then, he has dedicated himself to orthodontic practice in the Windy City.

Outside of work, Dr. Sandler and his wife share a passion for travel and food, enjoying culinary adventures and exploring new places. They also are known for their love of hosting friends and family.

Dr. Sally Seraphin is a dual board-certified physician anesthesiologist, specializing in both adult and pediatric anesthesiology. Dr. Seraphin was born and raised in central Illinois. She received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, followed by a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Chicago.

She completed her fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine at both the former Children’ Memorial Hospital of Chicago and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. After completing pediatric anesthesiology fellowship, Dr. Seraphin moved to the Chicago suburbs and worked in private practice for over a decade. During this time, she practiced both adult and pediatric anesthesiology. In her free time, Dr. Seraphin stays busy with her husband and three children.
